Terms & Conditions — “Zero Risk Guarantee”

1. Revenue Guarantee

We guarantee to generate £5,000–£10,000 in new revenue within 30 days of campaign launch. If we do not meet this revenue target, you don’t pay our service fee.

2. What Counts as Revenue

All revenue generated directly from leads, campaigns, or automated systems we deliver counts toward the guarantee.

• New membership sign-ups
• Upgrades
• Paid trials / challenges
• Front-end offers or deposits

3. Membership Revenue Definition

To standardise revenue reporting across all business types:

A. Recurring Memberships
For businesses with monthly memberships, each new membership is valued at 12 months of recurring payments, even if:
• The member joins on a 30-day rolling contract
• The member pays monthly
• The member cancels early

This ensures consistent valuation for revenue-based guarantees.

B. One-Off Services
For businesses offering one-off services, revenue is calculated based on the total order value of the completed job or service.

This applies when no recurring subscription or membership structure exists.

4. Client Responsibilities

To activate the guarantee, the business must:

Respond to leads when requested (if human involvement is required)

Honour all agreed offers presented to leads

Provide accurate information, pricing, and access to required systems

5. Campaign Start Date

The 30-day guarantee period begins once:

Ads are live,

The funnel is active, and

Tracking systems are fully set up.

6. Payment Terms

If we hit the revenue guarantee, the agreed service fee becomes payable. If we do not hit the guarantee, no fee is owed.

7. Right to Verify Revenue

We reserve the right to verify revenue generated through CRM, POS, or membership systems for accuracy.

8. Cancellation

You may cancel anytime, but early termination voids the revenue guarantee and refund guarantee. If you cancel before the first 30 days, the full £750 software usage fee will apply.

9. Ad Spend Refund Guarantee

If the campaign does not generate at least the amount of your monthly ad spend back in new revenue within 30 days, we will refund the difference, up to the full ad spend amount.

How It Works

  • If ad spend is £1000 and the campaign generates £500, we refund £500.

  • If the campaign generates £1000+, no refund applies (because your ad spend was recovered).

Refund Conditions

The refund guarantee applies only if:

  • The full 30-day campaign runs without interruption

  • The agreed ad spend is maintained

  • Staff honour and fulfil the offers given to leads

  • Staff follow our sales advice and scripts supplied
  • Tracking systems remain active and accurate

  • Required onboarding information is provided promptly

Revenue Eligible for Refund Calculation

Only revenue generated directly through our system qualifies, including but not limited to:

  • One off service fees
  • New memberships

  • Paid trials / challenges

  • Upgrades

  • Front-end deposits or joining fees
